Famous Players Film Company production; distributed by Paramount Pictures Corporation. / From the play Jim the Penman by Charles Lawrence Young. Cinematography by [?] Edwin S. Porter and William E. Waddell? Presented by Daniel Frohman. / Released [?] 3 or 10? June 1915. / Standard 35mm spherical 1.33:1 format. / Mason’s film debut. Despite attributions in modern publications, this film was not shot and exhibited in a stereographic cinematography process. On the morning of 10 June 1915, Porter and William E. Waddell presented stereoscopic motion pictures in a program at the Astor Theatre in New York, New York, which included standard format scenes from this film. The play was subsequently filmed as Jim the Penman (1921).
