The production was shot on-location in the interior of the Republic Theatre in Los Angeles, California, at a Los Angeles area courthouse exterior, and interiors at the Keystone studios. [?] Completed or shipped? on 17 February 1915. The film was reedited and rereleased in the USA on State Rights basis as For Better or Worse by W.H. Productions Company in 1918.
