Born 5 May 1891 in Mulgrave, Nova Scotia, Canada.
Died 30 October 1978 in Santa Barbara, California, USA.

Married actress Doris May, 5 May 1921; until Wallace’s death, 30 October 1978.

Wallace MacDonald began motion picture work in 1912. In 1914, he worked at Keystone Film Company where he appeared as an extra in a number of films starring Charles Chaplin. He graduated to leading roles and supporting heavys. Among his credits are films as director and producer.
