This early sound film, directed by Irving Cummings, stars Warner Baxter and Lois Moran, with Gilbert Emery, Claude King, Philip Strange, E.L. Park, Jamiel Hasson, John Rogers, Edgar Norton, Frank Finch Smiles and Boris Karloff. This was the third Charlie Chan film.
